Visual Writting

The most consistent description of my work is "This should be a movie.", "Immersive.", "I can see everything." It makes sense, as I write more like a screenwriter than a novelist. I tell the story through the eyes of the characters, and if you look at the world from the characters' point of view, you will feel a part of their world because THEY are a part of their world. I am part panster (A person who writes by the seat of their pants) and part plotter.. I write the "scenes" of my story and then string them together later. Moving them around like you would cards on a table. I have been struggling with my current untitled work—a romance fantasy. I could "see" the characters, but I could not "see" the characters. I know the use of AI in writing is hotly debated, but I tried it to help me visualize a character. I put in her description, and the image above came out. I felt an instant connection. Her story began to flow from my pen like water. I just thought I'd share her with you. Everyone meet Eidiya age 7.
